  2. Perimeter fencing of exposed areas
  3. Erosion controls on hole 18 fairway, hole 7 and hole 9 greens, etc
  4. Cart path design and construction
  5. Irrigation of critical path

TO IMPROVE THE FINANCE AND ASSET
BASE OF THE CLUB BY NOT LESS THAN 20%

  1. Bring more competitions
  2. Improve account receivable collections
  3. Sell more advertising spaces .
  4. Re-unite old members back to the club

QUALITY MEMBERSHIP DRIVE/IMPROVEMENT

  1. Encourage competitions within members and kitty groups
  2. Introduce open house for outsiders to experience our ambience
  3. Promote interclub match plays

  1. Commission professionals to visualise a 20 year plan for the club
  2. Welfare and trainning of workers to support the club's vision
  3. Commission members to review etiquettes, rules & bye-laws
  4. Commission members to design standard operating procedure and health, safety & environment (hse) policies
